- Providing guidance through NOOR, including responses generated with an AI model.

Categories of service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the platform. We describe them by category, and each provider processes information only as needed to perform its role.
- Application hosting and database: providers that host the application and store its data so the platform can run.
- Transactional email delivery: a provider that delivers account and service messages, such as sign-in and notification emails.
- AI model provider: a provider whose AI model helps power the responses and guidance that NOOR offers.
When your content is processed by an AI provider
When you interact with NOOR, your messages may be processed by an AI model provider so that NOOR can respond. We disclose this so you know when learner content is handled by an AI provider.
Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information with NOOR unless it is necessary for the service you are using.
Human review for high-impact decisions
Recommendations that could affect employment are not left to software alone. A person reviews decisions that carry meaningful consequences for a learner's work prospects, so that judgment stays with people.
