Recommendations that could affect employment are not decided by software alone. A person reviews them, so judgment about work-related outcomes stays with people.
Your control over your information
You stay in control of the information in your account.
- You can view and update the information in your account.
- You can ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information associated with it, subject to any records we are required to keep to meet legal obligations.

Keeping your information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, or for as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we remove it or make it no longer identifiable.
